Applicants monthly income must be at or exceed 3X the monthly rent for the property that you are applying for, no exceptions. Proof of your income is a requirement.
NO evictions within the last 12 years, and we will do a credit/background check, as well as an employment verification & check with your current landlord for verification to ensure that you are in good standings. Payment history on your trades/lines of credit on your credit report, and overall credit worthiness is taken into high consideration. Credit scores will be highly considered.
Any false information provided during the application process will result in an automatic denial.
We have a one-time leasing fee of $200 with all new leases that the resident must pay with the first month's rent.
Each adult living in the home must apply, and all application fees are NON REFUNDABLE. ***
